The Gordon Stafford Scholarship in Architecture was instituted in 1995 by the Gordon Stafford Family and Stafford King Wiese ARCHITECTS to celebrate the 50-year anniversary of the firm founded by Gordon Stafford.

The goal of the scholarship is to increase representation of minorities in the Architecture profession. It is open to minority students pursuing an Architecture degree at a school or college with an architecture program accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board.

The Gordon Stafford Scholarship in Architecture has awarded many scholarships since 1995. One or more stipends are awarded each year, with a maximum of five active scholarships.

SKW sponsors an annual golf tournament to benefit the scholarships. The scholarship is funded in part by this annual golf tournament and all of its generous sponsors from the A/E/C industry. For information about the scholarships, contact SKW at  (916) 930-5900 or visit www.gsscholarship.com
