622 20th Street Office Renovation
Completion of phase one of an eventual building-wide renovation focuses on the public spaces-those most frequently visited and experienced by clients.
Renovated spaces include:
- Lobby
- Reception Area
- Conference Rooms
- Guest Rest Room
- President's Suite
- Accounting Department Offices
- Marketing Department Offices
Each of these areas were re-designed, renovated and re-furnished. The office is a living laboratory, showcasing a wide variety of new and emerging building products, materials, systems and furnishings, which are used to illustrate design ideas to clients.
This phase of the remodel demonstrates a commitment to sustainable design principles, which are integral to Stafford King Wiese Architects' design and business philosophies. The project was designed to meet or exceed LEED® Silver level criteria for commercial interiors. Key sustainable elements include re-use and recycling of demolished and removed elements, material produced from renewable sources and utilizing manufacturing vendors within 500 miles of the project site.
