Girl Scouts Headquarters

SKW is renovating an existing 22,006 square foot, one-story warehouse facility and 2,809 square foot mezzanine into a headquarters office for the Girl Scouts, Heart of Central California organization. The building is located in the heart of Sacramento's 65th Avenue corridor, a significant city redevelopment area. Stafford King Wiese Architects' scope includes comprehensive interior renovation and space planning. The design solutions focus on developing appropriate department adjacencies to efficiently support the functions and operations of the Girl Scouts organization. The project also includes significant new mechanical, electrical and data/communications systems, and approximately 31,000 square feet of site upgrades to improve parking, pedestrian areas and landscape design.
