St. Michael's Episcopal Day School Expansion & Renovation

The design and construction work for the St. Michael's School expansion was completed in two phases to allow the campus to remain operational during the transformation. With both stages, the construction was completed during the summer instructional break.

Phase I included addition of the following facilities:

• Classroom buildings
• Learning resource center
• Re-roof of the existing Sanctuary

New construction and renovation work was completed in Phase II:

• New gymnasium with an adjacent maintenance/storage facility
• New conference rooms
• Renovation of existing classrooms spaces into a new art, musical/choir and language laboratory
• Chapel renovation
• Church offices renovation
