The owners of this private dental practice desired a calm environment for the clinic. Because the site is located on a busy street the entrance was placed on the rear side of the building adjacent to the patient's parking lot. The site required a rezone from residential to business/commercial. A substantial amount of windows were incorporated to allow for a maximum level of natural light to flow into the space.
