Stafford King Wiese ARCHITECTS is a large firm of professional planning and design personnel with vast technical resources. Organized in a studio structure, projects are assigned teams of architects, planners and other project specialists led by a Principal of the firm all working together throughout the project, from the initial planning and programming through occupancy.

Our Project Management/Team approach provides continuity to individual projects. which conveys the planning concepts through design and construction. The Principal's top priority is to maintain communication, continuity, coordination and a timely performance. This organizational structure allows SKW to provide clients with the resources of a large firm and personal service of a small firm.

Stafford King Wiese ARCHITECTS realizes that it is more than just the technical staff that makes the firm successful. In recognizing the efforts of all who make SKW a great and profitable place to work, individuals are offered the opportunity to become shareholders as they are elected to an Associate Level . Currently the SKW shareholder group is comprised of Principals, technical staff and administrative/Business Services Staff
