This project is a 43-acre park with an 18-acre joint-use component for the County of Sacramento, Sunrise Recreation & Park District and Roseville Joint Union High School District.  

The first phase of this project includes a swimming complex with four pools including a 25-yard by 50-meter competition pool, 25-yard recreation/swim lesson pool, a zero-entry activity pool and 40-foot flume slide receiving pool.  Additional facilities include a bath house, first aid and pump equipment house, community room and outdoor gathering spaces.  The park also includes a baseball/softball complex, rest rooms, concession stand, gathering pavilion, and a tennis complex with assembly areas.  Upcoming phases include a community center, soccer fields, an amphitheater and passive areas containing the site’s many heritage oak trees.
