Mixed-Use Office Building

Stafford King Wiese Architects participated in a design competition for a local developer to design a mixed-use office building complex that would represent a prominent gateway into the future community.

The 25,000 sq. ft. building design included retail space on the ground floor and office space above. The parcel was approximately 1.5 acres. Sustainable design opportunities were integrated from site to details in the building.
