A 40,000 square foot building was to provide space for physician offices, urgent care, radiology, laboratory and support spaces. The MOB was to sit on a 30-acre greenfield site which would require site improvements, including utilities, parking lot, site lighting, pedestrian walkways, and access road, landscaping and irrigation, and traffic control. This project was the first phase of a new medical campus.
