Timberlake Outpatient Clinics

Sacramento, CA

Stafford King Wiese Architects designed a tenant improvement of an existing Catholic Healthcare West medical office building at the Methodist Hospital campus in South Sacramento, California.

The space renovations included the design of new wound care, orthopedics and speculative clinics.  The project was designed to meet the requirements of an OSHPD 3 facility.

Within the wound care clinic are three rooms that hold hyperbolic chambers, which are supplied with high levels of oxygen and used to accelerate a patient’s healing process.  Also included are six exam rooms, clean rooms and storage.  The orthopedics clinic includes six physician’s offices/exam rooms and a doctor’s offices which accommodates three physicians.  The speculative clinic contains physician office spaces available for lease by private practice physicians.  Each of the clinics have a lobby, reception area, medical records room, storage and associate support facilities.

SKW completed design of the project and construction was canceled due to budget limitations.
