Master Planning

An architectural master plan serves as a template that informs the design of individual projects so that each project is developed as an integral part of a unified whole, and is consistent with and supports the client organization's long-term purposes and objectives. Identification and articulation of a clear vision and key goals are necessary to create a cohesive and functionally sound master plan. Yet, a comprehensive master plan should have the integrity and flexibility to accommodate changes and adaptations to the vision goals that provide the underlying framework.

SKW takes a rigorous and comprehensive approach to master planning that requires a strong collaborative relationship, with the purpose of establishing a shared understanding and consensus among the different stakeholders about the project's requirements and goals. The process is refined to fit the needs and scope of our client and the project.
