SKW excels in a range of post-occupancy services including feasibility studies, facility needs assessments, site assessments, energy analysis, and post-occupancy evaluations. In addition, SKW has developed an alternative to the post-occupancy evaluation. The purpose of the environmental design program analysis (a working title) is to provide a service that goes beyond the study of basic issues to more fully investigate the fit between facility design and organizational goals. Each of these services involves a rigorous process of exploration and analysis that provides practical knowledge with which clients can make informed decisions about new and existing facilities.
